The Lodi Parachute Center has another recorded accidental death after a woman parachutist had her parachute fail to open yesterday afternoon and she fell to her death. This is the 5th death at the Lodi Center in the past three years. A Since 1999, 16 people have died after taking off from the Lodi Facility.
