Gold Run CHP Office to Remain Open

Placer County Supervisor Jennifer Montgomery stated at Tuesday morning’s Board of Supervisor’s meeting that the Gold Run CHP Office may be closing.  The Gold Run CHP office is 50-years old and needs to be replaced. Some in the area are concerned the office will be closed and the area will not have the law enforcement presents it has enjoyed for the past 50-years. Gold Run CHP Officer Chris nave says they have received word that the office will not be closing

Gold Run CHP Officer Nave on the future of the office

There is no time line for when a new location or a new office will be built but in the mean time the office will continue its normal operations.
