Drowning Victim Identified

The body of a man found by kayakers in the North fork of the American River on Sunday May 12 has been identified. 62-year old Tony Ray Hall of Carmichael, Ca was identified by the Placer County Sheriff’s Coroner¬†as the man believed to have drowned in the river on Sunday. The Sheriff’s office is listing the death as a drowning and has not suggested any foul play.
