Drowning Victim Identified

The body of a man found by kayakers in the North fork of the American River on Sunday May 12 has been identified. 62-year old Tony Ray Hall of Carmichael, Ca was identified by the Placer County Sheriff’s CoronerĀ as the man believed to have drowned in the river on Sunday. The Sheriff’s office is listing the death as a drowning and has not suggested any foul play.
