Burglary Victim Sees Suspect with Stolen Items

At 1:00 a.m. Wednesday morning Auburn Police officers responded to a burglary alarm at one of the businesses near the fairgrounds on High Street. Auburn police Sgt Rick Hardesty explains the business owner saw a man with the stolen item.

Auburn Police officers arrived and contacted David Fuchs with the stolen item. Fuchs’ had possession of several other items that also appear to be stolen property. Fuchs was arrested for possession of stolen property. Fuchs was booked into Placer County Jail with a bail amount of $5,000.
