It’ always nice to get a thank you and this one goes out to the public from El Dorado County Sheriff John D’Agostini. On Monday, (June 3) Sheriff D’Agostini asked for the Public’s help to solve the burglary of a business in Town Center, El Dorado Hills.
On May 20, 2013 an unknown man broke into the “Town Center Bike and Tri” bicycle shop. When he left the shop he took a bicycle and bicycle accessories worth approximately $7000. Photographs were obtained of the suspect.
Through tips from the public the Sheriff’s Office was able to identify the suspect and obtain a search warrant for a location in Sacramento and another location in West Sacramento.
While serving the search warrant the stolen property and other stolen property from a crime committed in another jurisdiction was located. An el Dorado county Sheriff’s Detective was able to locate the suspect and took him into custody.
Sheriff John D’Agostini would like to thank the Media, and the Public, for assisting in solving these cases and reminds you, If you observe any activity, person or circumstance that appears suspicious, report it. Brandon Lee Rose, age 41, was arrested for the crimes of second degree burglary and possession of stolen property.
