El Dorado Co Fire Knocks Out Power to 49K PG&E Customers

A fire in El Dorado County was burning near a PG&E substation in Shingle Springs Monday Afternoon. Cal-Fire requested PG&E shut off power in the area so firefighters and resources could fight the fire. PG&E Public Information Officer Jana Morris explains they had to cut power to 49 thousand customers.
