The League of California Cities is an association of California city officials who work together to enhance their knowledge and skills, exchange information, and combine resources so that they may influence policy decisions that affect cities. The city of Auburn is represented by Councilmen Dr. Bill Kirby and Councilmen Holmes as the alternate delegate and the subject of water is always an important one for the thirsty state of California so as Dr. Kirby points out it is important the north state’s interests are included as the state considers AB 1422 the $11 billion dollar water bond.
