Brocker Turns Himself In

At approximately 2:20 PM, on 9/20/13, David Lee Brocker contacted the Placer County Jail staff and turned himself in for an outstanding warrant.  The jail staff contacted the Auburn Police Department and Detective Carlos Castaner responded to the jail.  Detective Castaner added the felony charges of “Assault with a Deadly Weapon” and “Possession of a Controlled Substance” to Brocker’s booking arrest report.  Brocker was then booked into the Placer County Jail where he does not have the possibility to post bail based on his original warrant.
