The Board of Supervisors want to look a bit deeper into a County Wide 211 service. The service is designed to be a one stop for those looking for a variety of services the county offers from non-profit organizations to county government offices and more. Board Chairman Holmes says Placer is one of the few counties of its size in the state to not have such a service.
The Superiors approved the motion to move forward with the feasibility study for the 211 information service. The supervisors met in Board chambers during their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday in Auburn.
