Home Invasion Robbery in Grass Valley

The Grass Valley Police Department is asking for your help to find suspects in a home invasion robbery on Hill Street.

On Friday the 6th just before 8 pm Grass Valley Police Officers were dispatched to Hill Street in Grass Valley regarding the report of a home invasion robbery. Officers were advised that three male subjects wearing black hooded sweatshirts with the hoods pulled tight and all wearing sunglasses had knocked on the front door of the victim’s residence. Upon opening the door the suspects asked to use the telephone. The victim stated that while attempting to help them one of the suspects hit him with a hard object causing him to fall to the ground. The suspects entered his residence and tied the victim up. They then stole money, property and the victim’s red, Ford Ranger pick-up truck. After the suspects left the residence the victim was able to get to a phone and call 911. The victim was transported to the SNMH and treated for the injuries sustained during the robbery.
The Grass Valley Police located the pick-up truck abandon a short distance away.
