15 couples said “I do” on Valentine’s Day in Placer County. Placer County’s Clerk Recorder Jim McCauley, also the County’s Commissioner of Weddings says it was a busy day.
McCauley says Placer is the only county to offer wedding rings.
McCauley who is also the Registrar of Voters, was the Key note speaker this past weekend at a Candidates Workshop.
