Loomis challenging the Impact Traffic Report on the Costco project, will delay approval a week or two!

The City of Loomis is holding up the approval of the Costco project challenging the traffic impact part of the Environmental report release earlier this week. The project has been in the planning stage for some time, and has been challenged before by Loomis. The challenge could hold up the approval for a few weeks.
