Gov Newsom, at his daily news conference on the status of the orders in place for managing the COVRID-19 virus, really did not signal any relaxing of the aStay at Homea order for the state, and is sticking to his earlier four stage plan.

#1 Build out Testing and Contact Tracking; Protect Hospitals from Surge; Make Work Place Safe As Possible; Prepare Sector by Sector guidlines for expanded Workforce.

# 2 Gradually Open Lower Risk Workplace; Retail with curbside Pickup; Manufacturing; Office with telework where poeeible; Publis Space Opening.

#3 Open Higher Risk Workplace with Adaptations; Personal Care Biz; Movies; Sport events with no audiance.

# 4 END STAY AT HOME ORDER!

California was the first state to initiate mandatory stay-at-home orders which Gov. Newsom issued on March 19th. The Gov. said on Monday, that if California Beaches were crowed as he showed in pictures at the press conference, showing lots of people at Long Beach and others, then threatening the Stay-at-home restrictions could be extended longer.

The Gov. did not address actual expected time line!
