A fire in a garage in a home just west of Roseville yesterday morning resulted in the death of one male and hospitalized a 13 year old teenager and police investigators say the fire is being designated as suspicious. Firefighters and officers responded to the home inside a gated community on Hazeltine Lane and Eagle Springs Place after an explosion was witnessed and an alarm was triggered. No further details have been released. Two facts have been noted, the dead man has been involved in a divorce situation and also this home was the scene of a fire a few years ago.

Neighbors reported hearing several explosions coming from the home before the fire started, according to the sheriff's department.
