Placer County Fire and Cal Fire were called in overnight to extinguish a fire in the old Dennya s restaurant building in Auburn near Bowman. The building has been abandoned for some time and was gated off with no one expected to be in the building. Cause is under investigation. No buildings near by the abandoned building were damaged.
