Placer County District Attorney Scott Owens has announced that the charges against 7 men from the bay area that were arrested on May 28th at the Sun Splash Water Park in Roseville and charged with inappropriately touching your girls while swimming, will be dropped. The DAa s office stated that after intensive investigation, there was not enough evidence to determine if the 7 collectively or individually acted inappropriately.
