The Placer Ranch and Sunset Area Plan was presented at the Placer County Supervisors meeting yesterday and after 9 hours of hearing, recommendations, concerns, and criticism from neighboring cities of Rocklin, Roseville and Lincoln, the supervisors voted 5-0 to accept the plan and move forward. 5000 to 8000 homes are scheduled to be built along with a multi college campus which will be in the center of the project.
