Two state of California Employees have started a lawsuit that could go to the Supreme Court, and could cost the state unions millions of dollars if they get a favorable ruling. Last month, the US Supreme Court rendered a decision that California State employees could not be forced to pay union dues if they choose to not join the union. Two employees now are suing for recovery of dues paid in the past, and experts believe they could win.
