KAHI is proud to announce that our new FM antenna is up and FM 104.5 KAHI is coming soon!
The entire antenna is about 10 feet tall and has been mounted about 215 feet above ground on Tower 1 at our transmitter site in Pilot Hill. The transmission lines stretch 250 feet from the transmitter shelter to the tower, and then another 215 feet up.
Over the next couple of weeks KAHI will be testing, taking required measurements, and filing FCC forms. Once all the ia s are dotted and the ta s are crossed wea ll announce the big go-live date.
