Gov. Newsom is expected to sign the 215 billion dollar state budget this week. Infrastructure, education, healthcare, debt payment, and 16 billion dollars in rainy day security money against expected recession are high points. The Gov. also made points of solving the California housing crisis, and dealing with the homeless crisis.
