Race For Congressional District Heats Up

Itas looking more and more likely that District 4 Representative Tom McClintock is going to face a tough vote this November. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee added McClintock in October to a list of perceived vulnerable representatives, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The totals raised so far for the candidates stand at Tom McClintock with $638,452; Jessica Morse, who recently won the Democratic endorsement with $561,044; and another Democratic candidate, Regina Bateson with $456,073.

Morse, a former national security strategist and Bateson, on leave from her position as a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, both outraised McClintock in the fourth quarter of 2017.
