A Lincoln Police Officer was waived down on Saturday night regarding a situation that was making customers in a business on Lincoln Blvd. feel unsafe. A man was reported as a transient who was acting suspicious or under the influence.
Officers found 22-year-old Andrew Sullivan who admitted to being in possession of a meth pipe and hypodermic syringe. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and released on citation.
