The famous National Hotel in Nevada City is targeted for major renovation. Jordon Fife, managing partner for the National Exchange Hotel Company plans to renovate the hotel and make it a destination place for travelers and local Sacramento visitors. The developers also have targeted the Holbrook hotel in Grass Valley. These two historic hotels being reopened could be a boost to the local cities in Nevada County.
