GasBuddy, a popular internet app that provides competitive gas prices throughout the Sacramento area, is forecasting gas prices will dramatically rise in the next few days to over 4 dollars a gallon because of refinery breakdown problems, and the switch over to more emission control gasoline that is legislated by the California State Government. The agencies offer a number of excuses for the drastic increases such as, planned maintenance which is under control of the gasoline manufactures, increases of crude oil prices by the middle east cartel who controls these prices, Ethanol prices increasing due to mid-west flooding, and outages at refineries which are unpredictable, or so they say.
