a Fitness should be fun! This challenge is a great way to kick-start the New Year with a little friendly competition,a said El Dorado County Health Officer, Dr. Nancy Williams. a One out of every two U.S. adults is living with a chronic disease, such as heart disease, cancer or diabetes. Increasing physical activity levels is one of the most important actions people can take to improve their overall health,a Williams added.
