Approve the service contractA with The Gathering Inn, Inc. in the amount of $ 1,157,549, inclusive of an advance of $96,462 for start-up costs to support the ongoing provision of Emergency Housing and Supportive Services for the time period of July 01, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services to sign the agreement with Risk Management and County Counsel concurrence, and to sign subsequent amendments not to exceed $50,000 consistent with subject matter and scope of work with Risk Management and County Counsel concurrence.
