The fatal count has risen to 56 from the Camp Fire in Butte County. Officiala s report 8 more bodies were found yesterday as deputy dogs and forensic officers continue to patrol the burned out streets of Paradise.A Butte County Sheriffa s office say there are 130 names still on the missing list, and they are posted on the sheriffa s website. They are asking that everyone look at the list and if they know anything about any name on the list to contact the sheriffa s office.
CalFire reports that more than 5000 personnel are fighting the fire which remains ar 35% contained. 215 square miles have burned and 9000 homes are listed as destroyed.
