California Gov. Newsom announced yesterday he is appointing a Fix-It team to help the chronically mismanaged Department of Motor Vehicles. Newsom said California Government Operations Agency Secretary Marybel Batjer will lead the a DMV Reinvention Strike Teama for six months.
