The 46 names released yesterday by the Sacramento Catholic Diocese of clergy that performed sexual abuse activity against several victims within the Diocese over the last 70 years are reported to immune from legal prosecution. Some of the victims are going public on media expressing frustration at not having their chance to be heard in a court of law. One victim is broadcasting that his accused was not listed and is demanding to know why. The reason given by professional legal advisors is the cases are too old to prosecute because of the crimes being protected by the statute of limitations. Some of the victims are accusing the Diocese of deliberately holding the release of the names to insure there would be no legal retribution possible
