Scott Wiener did not agree with Jerry Browna s claim that California had enough a mischiefa and a mayhema when the former governor vetoed a similar bill last year to keep bars open until 4 a.m. Wiener tweeted yesterday he was committed to passing this measure on its third time around.A The measure now heads to the Assembly for approval before Newsom, who supported a similar legislative attempt in 2004 as San Franciscoa s mayor, now has the chance to decide.
