The National Weather Service in Sacramento has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from late Tuesday night through Thursday afternoon. Affected area includes the northern Coastal Range and foothills, the Sacramento Valley, and the Northern Sierra Nevada and foothills below 6000 feet. Cities included are Redding, south to Marysville and Fairfield, East from Lakeport to Oroville, Paradise to Grass Valley. In the Southern part of the area, cities listed are Sacramento and surrounding suburbs, Placerville, Auburn, Lincoln, Roseville, Rocklin, Jackson, Murphya s and Yosemite. Again, Fire Watch in effect from Tuesday 5 p.m. through Thursday 5 p.m.
