A Colfax parolee has been arrested and charged with elder abuse, and stolen identity after a 59 year old woman reported that her room-mate had taken her credit card and driveras license and then charged 900 dollars on her credit card. 41 year old Jonathan League was arrested by Placer County Sheriffas following a search of his room where they discovered checks, credit cards, and a notebook with usernames and pass codes to online sites associated with multiple potential victims. Further investigation led to a second victim a 71 year old woman who said League stole 30 thousand dollars from her over time and transferred 2 thousand dollars from her bank account while he was in prison. Bail has been set at 395 thousand dollars for League.
