A Loomis man was arrested after slamming into a parked Placer County sheriffa s SUV on Sunday night, according to the Placer County Sheriffa s Office.
According to a tweet from the Sheriff’s office, the incident happened in the parking lot of the Horseshoe Bar Road substation. Police say Justin Robert Cochran, 28, was under the influence of drugs when he drove his Subaru Impreza into a parked Sheriffa s SUV around 7:30pm, moving it about 6 feet.
An impaired driver plowed into a parked PCSO vehicle Sunday night – in the Sheriffa s Office parking lot in Loomis.
Justin Robert Cochran, 28, of Loomis, was under the influence of drugs & attempted to run from deputies.

In a post on Facebook, police said while Cochran was at the hospital for medical clearance after the crash, he attempted to run from deputies, racking up a charge of resisting arrest in addition to his DUI.
Cochran was booked into the South Placer Jail with bail set at $15,000.
