Several fights broke out in the Arden Fair Mall on Wednesday and involved over 100 juveniles resulting in a security guard sustaining facial injuries. Police detained 10 individuals after the fights spilled out into the parking lot of the mall. Mall shoppers told police this happens each year at the mall but this year it was much worse. The gangs paraded around the parking lot stepping on car hoods, breaking windshields, rear view mirrors and general destruction. Police did not arrest anyone but said they are reviewing video tapes of the incident.
