By Jerry Henry on October 31, 2018.

The Weather Bureau is forecasting high winds, 25-30 steady and 35-40 Gusts, for the 5 state area starting this morning and lasting until tomorrow afternoon. Low humidity and High Winds have pushed the bureau to issue warnings of wild-fire conditions and have PG&E alerting residents of potential power outages in selective areas as these winds come up. The last period of wild-fire warnings which spurred several power outages to over 70 thousand homes sparked a lot of controversy as crews took several days to get power restored in some areas particularly in El Dorado County. Again, wild-fire conditions in Northern California from mid day today until tomorrow afternoon.
