A Rocklin mother is suing A Papa Murphya s Pizza store after her 6 year old son came down with a life threatening attack of E.Coli after they had purchased and taken home a pizza and a salad. The company had announced a national outbreak of E.Coli tied to romaine lettuce. The suit has unspecified damages. The son has been hospitalized after attacks to his kidney which has required several blood transfusions. The child will also continue to have brain scans to monitor possible long term effect from the E.Coli. `
