Placer County Water Agency and the Nevada Irrigation District both have declared emergencies to prepare for spread of the COVID 19 virus. The declarations place both utilities to activate procedures, Protect employees and customers, suspend disconnects and customer delinquent fees, and make purchases and obtain essential services and equipment during the period.
