Placer Independent Resource Services (PIRS) is currently seeking applications for their personal assistant registry. The personal assistant registry lists qualified individuals to be employed by people with disabilitiesA to provide a wide variety of personal services. PIRS is the federal and state designated Independent Living Center serving Placer, El Dorado and Alpine Counties.A It is a non-residential, nonprofit organization.A PIRS’ mission is to advocate, empower, educate the community and provide services for people with disabilities enabling them to control their alternatives for independent living.
