RED Flag Warnings continue for the Sacramento Valley, the Bay Area, and the foothills. There is an expectation of lightning storms that were expected to arrive last night and continue through tomorrow Tuesday which could cause heavy wind conditions and start new fires in the areas which are already under inferno like conditions.
