Southwest Airlines announced this week they have approval from Federal Officials to begin Hawaii flights from Sacramento International Airport. Southwest announced more than year ago it intends to launch service from San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento and San Diego, to four Hawaiian Islands. Southwest officials say they will announce daily schedules and which Hawaiian Islands they will serve in a few days.
