The city of Auburn was notified Saturday by electronic means to stay sheltered as local police searched for one or more suspects that were involved in a Rite Aid pharmacy robbery in the 400 block of Grass Valley Highway. The suspects reportedly left the scene in a vehicle which was found by Auburn Police. They took into custody 24-year-old Kody Scoveol of Roseville. Establishing a perimeter police took into custody a 17-year-old juvenile of Roseville. A third suspect is still at large. The suspect was described as an African-American, about 5’6 to 5’9 with a thin build, and was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, baggy light weight sweat pants, and an orange piece of clothing near the back waistline. The sex of the suspect was unconfirmed.
