Two checks have been cashed at Bank of America in the amounts of $33 thousand dollars each, being obtained from the McDonalds restaurant on Lincoln and Bowman Road in North Auburn. Placer county sheriffs are investigating along with Bank of American investigators in what appears to be a major check fraud situation.
